Bibles are families treasures. Among the pages of old familiy Bibles
are often found obituaries, locks of hair and precious mementos of
loved ones. Of greatest interest to the genealogical
researcher are the pages recording significant family events:
births, deaths and marriages. Sometimes family Bibles can be found
for auction on Ebay. One wonders how such a treasure found its
