                I hereby certify that the preceding 19 pages contain a correct list of all the men in Houston County between the ages of 18-45 years, subject to Military duty, as taken from the Muster Rolls of Captains Comg Companies and from supplemental Rolls presented by the several Justices of the Peace for this County.  The seventy-six "non-Effective men" reported on previous page (19) are believed , from the best information in our power, to be totally unfit for Military Duty.*
